Hmmm. Hey guys. This is my first time posting something up. Well it is something about the pictures that were taken in using my camera. So, me posting it anyways. Help Needed!!

Hey everyone,

Ching Yee here. Well, I need all of your help urgently.

I am now doing a project call “TOMORROW” under an organization called AIESEC. It is a children development project whereby international students are brought in to educate the orphans in Pusat Penjagaan Cacat-cacat Taman Megah.

I need 3 kinds of help from all of you.
1. $$.
It doesn’t matter how much u can help to donate, or rather sponsor. If you sponsor quite a lot, u can have a receipt.(you cant expect me go all the way to get a receipt if u just sponsor RM1 right?)
If your family and you can sponsor a bigger sum of money like RM50 and above, you can get ur name listed in our program booklet.
If anyone of your parents’ company can sponsor us a larger sum, do tell me and I can tell u what we can give u in return.
For ur info, we are lacking of min 4k. Hope u guys can help up.

2. Storybook
If you wanna clear ur shelves, instead throwing off the books, why don’t you do some good deeds by donate to the orphans? The storybook donation drive will start on Tuesday, but if you don’t want to walk up to M floor, u can pass the books to me.

3. Other children products-if possible, products can be used as learning purpose
Besides storybook, textbooks, stationary etc.

*Additional info:
You may wonder why we bringing in international student but not ourselves. This is because AIESEC is an organization which acts as a platform for young people to develop themselves. As this project is under a project named called PBoX (Project Based on Exchange), so we are bringing international students to help them to develop themselves and we will learn through organizing this project.

but our yin choong finally settle it by taking out own money for deposite first...and thanks for yin choong's fren gave me a lot of opinion...and he also helped up in the payment of deposite...HERE THANKS FOR the help man...^^

afterwards....money still cannot arrive on the day...so me and Wei weng take out our own money to cover everything first...so that all the project can go through without any financial prob...

Before YED

Everyone would say that “YED was a blast”. I must agree with that, the starting wasn’t really good, everyone was standing around doing touching the dolls, some were stoning, some were trying to get everything together, but anyhow everybody did a great job in the end.The YED wouldn’t be such a success if we didn’t work so hard to sell off everything. Just by seeing our class work on that very day we’re able to see how strong we’re together and from this we learn that, no matter what a team is stronger then a single person. Special thanks to NARA, our group leader. Although some might say he’s not fit to be a leader and that he didn’t really do a great job, some say he didn’t inform us bout stuff, some hated him, some complained about him, but you all got to admit that first time being a leader is not easy. He didn’t know what to look for, didn’t even have a rough idea on what he suppose to do till he’s inform about something, some might think he kept asking stupid questions, but someone will only ask when they really don’t know. By we making fun of him and not helping him played a significant roll in bring he’s morel down. Anyhow, the event was a success partly because of him. If no one realized, he was constantly walking around getting people to come to our booth, anyone at all. I was amaze with he’s motivation. I bet he manages to get most of the teachers to puchase something, plus he walked the whole of Asia Café with Ah Fei and sold ¾ the basket of the fishballs. A leader can easily ask someone else to do dirty job but he did it with he’s bare hands. So hope you guys and girls don’t hold any back any anger at him, I’m sure he tried he’s best and was a hard time when we didn’t cooperate with him. Cheers to YED, and Peace =p.

Well not forgetting a small hand full of people from our class didn’t sleep well for the past 3 to 4 nights due to the preparation of YED. Here’re the following people that contributed a lot during YED, this event wouldn’t have succeed without these people whom work so hard behind the scenes:
· Nara – As mentioned above.
Janet - Got sponsers for us.
· Yang Cher – Came up with the T-shirt design and all the decoration. He went on with the T-Shirts although the response from the class wasn’t supportive at all, he struggled with the decorations while others were shacking legs at home. People who really helped him with the deco was William, Xiu Bao, Penny, Anil, and Wei Li, bbut of cos the master mind was “limyc”. Anyways if you guys didn’t know, they spent many many hours doing the deco, no idea whether they managed to sleep or not but they made sure that everything was done in order to make YED a success.
· Ying Choong – He was running around everywhere to get the stock, making sure that it’ll be a success. Managed to get the T-shirt done on time, even though he got the dates wrong but still didn’t give up and got it done on time.
· Wei Weng – Can say was the driver and provided us a place to stay for a night, was around most of the time, help out a bit here and there.
· Michelle – Did a wonderful job on the jelly, just imagine we were still making jelly at midnight =p . Josephine, Vicki, William was there the whole time.
· Ah Fei – Got us the fish balls and was in charge of the fishballs, those who help out in frying the fishballs were Janet, Wei Li, and maybe Anil? Not too sure. Bowie helped sell alot of balls too, its a good thing that he have a wide score of friends. =p
· Jun Loong – helped out in many ways even though he was suppose to be grounded during that period of time.
· Anil – Really dedicated fella that’s willing to give any form of help even though he was many personally problems.
· William – Didn’t sleep for 4 days and was stoning during YED!! LOLX, helped out a lot in every single aspect. My respect for u William =p
Tze Sin - Did all the accounting for us although it was totally in a mess, Esther helped out in teh figures also. Good job girl =p
Siok Kim - Minuted every single thing down just in case we needed it.
Dai Ka Che - Gave us a brief image on how YED is gonna be and suggested Fish Balls, plus she brought a shirt too!! =p


Others did a good job coordinating the whole event and made the whole event a great success. Once again, CHEERS TO GROUP .4, Jan Intake 2008!!

first of all .. i would like to say good job to 2.4 for making this event a successful one
although thgs doenst turn out ot be so good in the beginning ..
but all the effort everyone gave on tht day is the main factor tht our booth is so "laku" on tht day ...

Is was a bright bright sunny morning ... all of us were in tbs by 7 ...
Everyone work together to set up out booth n decorate as YED is about to start
At the beginning .. the sales isnt tht good coz there arent much ppl in the event ...
So do all the salesmen and saleswomen who went around ss15 to sell t-shirts

As the time goes by ... more n more ppl came and we started to be more aggresive
Credits to all the salesperson ..
U guyz tactic is so chun ....
After locking down a target , u all surround him/her ,
persuaded until dey give up and buy our stuff ...
I was really shocked to see tht ...

GOOD JOB

Due to our attcking strategies , our items are selling fast
By 145 .. evryone was already started celebrating as only few thg left to be sold
80 T-shirts were all sold off within 4 and a half hours ..
Some even asking is there any left ..

At 2pm .. we already started to count our coupous as many booth are stil selling ...
Thanks to evryone for cooperating well and as far as i know .. we are one of the best selling booth and hav high chances of winning
